I must say, our new Laser (1325SP) is going great. The new Vinyl Plotter is terrific as well. The older 1290SP is good too, it just needs a bit more maintenance as it is getting older.
I have been dealing with Eric a lot for little problems here and there, and he has been very, very helpful.
Because of this terrific support from yourself & Eric, we are looking at purchasing another laser cutter."
