Feedback for 480HP paper cutter

I just want to say that I am impressed with the service you give, now that we have solved the minor issues we had with the instructions plus the amount of time it took to get the guillotine here on site, it took over a week when it eventually arrived in New Zealand. I went to leave feedback only to find you only get 60 days from point of purchase, I have contacted Ebay but they are not being very helpful.
I'm not sure if you can add this testimonial anywhere, but I'm very happy with the purchase, you and your team have been very helpful, I may just need to contact Eric again to confirm the oil and grease grades for lubrication. I would very happily buy from you again.
